VIZIOM (a trade name of IAI Consulting) is committed to protecting the privacy of its website users. This policy explains what data is collected, why, who processes it, how long it's kept, and how you can exercise your rights.

We only collect data you voluntarily provide via the contact form:
- Full name (required)
- Company (optional)
- Email address (required)
- Service of interest (optional — multi-select)
- Estimated budget (optional)
- Message (required)
When the form is submitted, our technical provider also logs your IP address for spam protection.
We use no advertising tracking cookies. If privacy-friendly analytics tools are enabled (such as Vercel Analytics or Plausible), they don't set cookies and don't allow individual visitor identification.

4. Recipients and processors
Your data is intended exclusively for VIZIOM / IAI Consulting. We don't sell or rent it to third parties.
For technical reasons, we rely on the following processors:

Data transfers to the United States are governed by the Data Privacy Framework (DPF), which ensures an adequate level of protection recognized by the European Commission (adequacy decision dated July 10, 2023).
5. Retention period
- Form data: kept for 3 years from the last contact, in line with French CNIL recommendations for B2B prospecting.
- Technical logs (IP, anti-spam): kept 30 days by our processor Web3Forms.
After these periods, data is deleted or anonymized.
6. Your rights (GDPR)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the following rights:
- Right of access: obtain a copy of the data we hold about you
- Right to rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"): request deletion of your data
- Right to restriction of processing
- Right to object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Right to data portability
- Right to withdraw consent at any time (when processing is based on consent)

If you believe your rights are not respected, you can file a complaint with the French CNIL: www.cnil.fr/en/plaintes.
7. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encrypted HTTPS connection (TLS), security headers (HSTS, X-Frame-Options), strong authentication on our tools, regular backups.
8. Cookies
This site uses no advertising cookies or third-party trackers. No cookie consent banner is therefore required.
If we enable an analytics tool in the future (such as Vercel Analytics, Plausible), it will be selected from privacy-friendly solutions exempt from CNIL consent (no cookies, no individual identification).

This policy may be updated to reflect legal, technical or organizational changes. The last update date is shown at the top of this page.
